Kinpaku-candle is a product which use Kanazawa gold foil.
Most of golden foil are produced in Kanazawa, Ishikawa prefecture.
Gold foil, Silver foil, and Platinum foil are called “Kinapku-foil”, and the technique has been used since Edo-era until now.
Using that Kanazawa-kinpaku, they are included in jelly wax with fragrance.
Once you light a candle, it will project a fantastic light by the reflection of hexagon-shaped glass caused by the fire.
And its wave of light is something you cannot experience in daily life.
